Since we are not nutritionists or doctors, we cannot tell you what nutritional plan you need to follow, but what we can tell you, is that eating our meals is a much wiser, healthier and better choice for you body, compared to most restaurants and fast food chains. Before consuming Healthletic Meals products please note that we cannot guarantee they will be completely free from all allergens (such as milk, nuts, egg, soy, fish and gluten). Also, even though we purchase our fish filets boneless, we cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. Please be cautious when consuming the fish meals as they may contain bones.
When receiving your meals and before eating them, please follow instructions on the label on how to heat your meal properly and if any sauces or toppings need to be removed before heating it up.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

We understand unexpected things can happen that will cause you to need to cancel your order. We will gladly credit you for your order as long as it is cancelled with 24 hours in advance (48 hours for Friday orders). Same day cancelation of orders are not accepted.
