Healthletic Meals services many area around the Upstate and is getting ready to expand to more. By you creating an account and inputting your zip code, it allows us to better serve you and show you what is currently being offered in your area.
(Don’t worry, we wont bombard you with a million emails)
Creating an account will make it easier for you to check out next time; your billing address, delivery address and payment information (optional) will be saved, as well as your past orders. So, if in the future you want to order the same, you can look at past orders and submit them again. Or, if you have a subscription meal plan you need to modify, you can do it in your account.
Even though our main purpose is to make life easier for you, we ask that you at least order 6 meals for orders that need to be delivered. Bulk, gift cards, and Meals plans are allowed to be purchased individually.
If you are picking up your meals, you can purchase minimum 4 meals.
Orders need to be placed at least 2 days prior to delivery date.
For example, if you want meals for Friday, your meals need to be submitted by latest on Wednesday.
Meals for pick up also follow the 2 day rule.
Please send us a clear picture of your ID, or your DD214 to email@example.com and the email/username used for our website, and we will review and apply a 10% discount on your account.
The discount will be applied automatically on all subsequent orders using that same account.

Since we are located in South Carolina there is 6% Sales tax required, and for being part of Greenville County we are required to charge a Hospitality tax of 2%. (Regardless of delivering outside of Greenville County).
Making it a total of 8% tax on your prepared meals.
Delivery and gift cards are not taxed.
This small fee helps us maintain the servers used to protect your information in our website.
As soon as your meals are complete, on the day you chose to pick up, we will text you to let you know to come pick them up. Our weekly pickup schedule is:
Monday: 3:30pm – 5pm
Tuesday: 2pm – 4pm
Thursday: 2pm – 4pm
If you can’t get to our location within that window, let us know and we can arrange pick up at one of our partner’s location (open until 7pm).

Meals and Containers
Yes, our containers can be used to heat up your food using the microwave. Just open the lid, leave it on top, slightly slanted, and microwave your food for 1.5 to 2 minutes (depending on your microwave voltage). Make sure to remove the sauce or lemon (if included) before you microwave your meal.
Please do not put the meal container on the stove top or your oven, since its made of plastic.
Custom meals can be built based on your preferences and diet requirements. Many of our meal components are allowed for Paleo diets. Mix and match these components as you like, and create delicious Paleo meals.

Yes and they vary depending on what is available in our current menu. Make sure to look under our vegan/vegetarian category.
Some meals do contain nuts and tree nuts, some do not. Please read the ingredient list under each product if it is a concern to you. Our meals are not complete free from nuts; they could contain peanut byproduct since the meals are produced in a facility that also uses nuts.

In order to have your meals taste fresh and delicious (besides for health purposes), we highly recommend you eat them within 5-6 days from the day you receive them. If you rather freeze them and eat them at a later time, our meals will freeze fine. (But fresher is always better though)
If you choose to freeze your meals, we recommend you consume them within 2 months max to avoid freezer burn.

We will text you to the mobile number provided during check out. (provider fees may apply)
Not really. But you need to be back within an hour of the deilvery so you can put your meals in the fridge. (we will text you when we deliver them)
If you are a returning customer, you need to leave the Healthletic Kool Insulated Bag on your doorstep (with gel packs inside) on delivery day, so that we can swap it with another Kool Bag containing your new meals.
Need a reminder to put your kool bag outside? request it during checkout.
Our goal is to make life more convenient for you, so your meals are delivered in a blue insulated bag (we call it Kool bag), with frozen gel packs in it that help keep your food cool until you get home. Next time you order, please but your empty blue kool bag and gel packs outside, so our delivery driver can swap it with a new bag with all your meals in it.
It is important that you don’t forget to put your kool bag out. The first Kool bag is at no charge to you, but any consequent bags delivered have a fee of $15 if not returned.
Even though you don’t have to be home at the time of delivery, we ask that you (or someone on your behalf) retrieve the bag from the outdoor climate and place it inside within one hour from delivery, followed by placing your meals inside your refrigerator (or freezer) until they are consumed.
During Summer and the HOT months of South Carolina, we recommend retrieving your meals within 30 minutes from delivery.
We deliver to different areas on different days. Please select your day depending where you need it delivered.
Monday: Greenville Main Area (Including Simpsonville, Mauldin, Five Forks, Taylors, Downtown Greenville, Augusta rd).
Tuesday: Greenville Main Area, PLUS West Greenville, Berea, Furman, Travelers Rest, Greer, Duncan, Moore and Spartanburg.
Thursday: Greenville Main Area PLUS West Greenville, Berea, Furman, Travelers Rest, and Fountain Inn.
Friday: Greenville Main Area PLUS West Greenville, Berea, Easley, Powdersville, Piedmont, Clemson, Seneca and Anderson.
